Welcoming Nicole Reid and Anthony McGough to the Firmus Team
We’re welcoming two new senior leaders to help drive our next phase of growth: Nicole Reid as Chief People Officer, and Anthony McGough as Vice President of Sales, ANZ.
These appointments reflect our focus on building the leadership and capability required to scale responsibly, combining experience in enterprise technology with a strong people-first approach.
Building a Team for the Future
Nicole Reid joins Firmus as Chief People Officer, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in people leadership across global technology and financial services. She was most recently Chief People Officer at Xero, where she led the company’s global people function through a period of rapid growth, expanding to more than 4,600 employees across five countries. Her earlier roles span AMP, Microsoft, and Optus.
As an AI-native company, we have an exciting opportunity to innovate not just in technology, but in how we work. I’m excited to help build the culture and capabilities for Firmus now and into the future.
Nicole will lead all people and culture functions at Firmus as it continues to grow across Australia and the APAC region.
Expanding Sales and Strategic Partnerships
Anthony McGough joins as Vice President of Sales – ANZ, bringing over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and sales, including senior leadership roles at AWS, Dell EMC, and IBM. At AWS, he worked with major enterprise clients as Strategic Account Director and Head of Professional Services. He also founded and scaled two startups earlier in his career.
